Hey Nicolas!

I was there a couple of months ago and things hadn't changed.

I walked in and looked around for a T-5 bulb but couldn't find any. I asked for help and the kid directed me to another kid that was hunched over behind the counter looking at a skate magazine or something like that. As his youthful entourage stood behind the counter with him (including a teenage couple that I swear were going to start to make out right there behind the a calcium reactor) I asked if he had any T-5 bulbs. Riveted, almost rapt by his magazine and without even lifting his head to catch the slightest glimpse of who was asking him a question, he told me no.

Not one to be a pest, I walked out of the store and I will never return.

Ummm, perhaps you are being a bit too judgmental on employees these "skateboard magazine reading" types are new look of the hobby... maybe you should try talking to them before throwing out some sort of illogical representation on everyone under the age of 30...

I think his "judgement" is self explanatory by the level of service he received.

Ok, I wwent in yesterday and was relatively pleased with the outcome.

Customer Service was impeccable (i was asked three times by three different people if I needed help)
Prices were very rasonable
Livestock was pretty abundent
Livestock was relatively healthy (some random uglies, but mostly good)

Will give it another random try later and make sure it was the real deal!

Plant selection was sub par. Very Petcoish, but its more of a fish store than a plant store, so no harm done.

Well, I'm glad things looked a little better, As far as plants go i'll have a nice florida shipment in at the end of the week..
