Help with plants

Im going to be planting a 75gal tank. I'm using the aquaticlife 2x54w fixture. And I'll be injecting co2. I'd like some ideas for medium to low light plants.

For a medium light setup with co2:

1. What are some good background plants?
2. What are good mid-ground plants?
3. And what are good foreground plants?

For foreground-
HC- for a carpet
Marsilea- for a low light, slow carpet

For midground-
Blyxa Japonica
Dwarf Sagittaria- can be used as a foreground plant, can be carpeted
Cryptocoryne species- there are like a million species

Background
Rotala Species
Pogostemon Erectus

My opinion- I would use HC, Blyxa Japonica and Rotala Indica. If you are adding stones or driftwood, attach mosses like Java, Flame, Peacock, Erect, etc. And is your tank dirted or fertilized?
