Algea problems... Options please!

So I have a 35g stocked with alot of moss and plants and CRS/CBS.

Now I got a Ray2 a month ago and well I like to leave my light on and I learned that well that wasn't such a good idea. My tank is now full of Hair Algae, and I believe Staghorn algae. What do I do? I NEED OPTIONS! I don't like my tank looking all nasty with this stuff. I can seriously make a wig from the hair algae.

Manual remove most you can, reduce photoperiod, add fast growing plants, blackkout... you have a ton of options already before you even begin to dive into the chemical route.
