Someone on this forum using the Tom Barr low tech methode?

Some opinions of this metode based on experience?

I'm doing a silent cycle with stem plants on three tanks - a 20 long, and two 4 gallon nanos.

But I'm not skipping the water changes.

I've planted on the scale of at least 2 bunches (6-8 stems) per five gallons of water. And actually overplanted in all three.

And yes, it works.

ETA: I started the tanks off using Rex Grigg's article.
