What angle lenses?
So the fixture i finally have plotted out will have 5 rows of LEDs and probably be about around 18" above the tank so about 36-34" above the substrate, light spill isnt a huge concern as most likely it will be in a hood.
Led layout is below on a 24" long by 6" wide fixture Cw - cool white Nw - neutral white Ww - warm white R - red Rb- royal blue NW RB NW NW NW RB NW CW CW CW CW CW CW CW WW R WW WW R WW WW R WW CW CW CW CW CW CW CW NW RB NW NW NW RB NW most likely will leave the royal blue and red without lenses, but not sure what lenses for the remainder of the lights? Suggestions the foot print will be 36"x30" Sent from my SCH-I535 using Tapatalk 2

I think I would use 40 degree optics on the NW and CW, possibly 60 degree on the RB, and maybe none on the R and WW. I think this will give good coverage of the whole tank. I'm not sure how the blue and red will work out, since I haven't tried any.

So got a white board out and started drawing... Once the fixture is about 12-18" up i will have fantastic coverage.
This drawing puts the fixture about 6" above the top of the tank ![]() 30° on the outer rows 40° on the inner rows 60° on the middle Sent from my SCH-I535 using Tapatalk 2
