I can see the potential use for a small pump/airstone to keep everything in the fertilizer bottle well mixed, but I don't think it will be necessary. In general, the fertilizers will stay dissolved and will not precipitate out of solution unless something happens (drop in temperature, etc).
I have let a bottle of macronutrients sit out on the shelf for a year, and nothing happened, so I think 1-2 months will be fine.
