Quick Help! Serpea Tetras

Alright, my Grandmother and i have gotten into this hobby together and she has been having ammonia issues. I told her to beef up her filtration and decreasing the ammount she feeds but she won't listen. She has now decided to remove her Sperpea Tetras, my question is could it take them and put them in my community tank? i know they are fin nippers and are somewhat aggressive. The only fish that i would be concerned about would be my Angel, Bolivian Ram, Dwarf gourami and Cherry barbs. It's the tank in my signature if that helps at all. Thanks and any advice i can recieve fast would be great, it's tomorrow or they go back to the LFS.

P.S. They are actually very healthy fish despite the ammonia spikes she gets and i think that a tank with as much space as mine could benefit them. Only 2 fish, the third died a while back

No one? All I need to know is if there's going to be an issue with keeping these with my other fish which I mentioned

Don't do it. Your fish will get messed up! Get credit at your LFS

I think if they are kept in numbers they nip each other, however in a small group, they could be trouble to a community tank.

Blind hate for serpae tetra run rampant on this website, it's really stunning actually.

I've never one had a problem with my serpae tetra. I have three (would like more) and they always keep the bickering to themselves.
