New To TPT!

Hey all! After some "gentle" nudging by a Facebook buddy, I have finally signed up for this forum! Just wanted to say hello, and let everyone know that I have been in the shrimpin' business for a few years now. What started as 4 standard cherries in a 1.5 gallon nano desk aquarium turned into a guest bedroom being turned into a tank room, and more shrimp than I could ever count! I breed and sell lots of different shreeemp. I specialize in cherries from Sakura to high grade painted fire red, but also breed crystal red shimp, a strain of High pH tolerant OEBT, and about to head into the world of breeding fancy tigers & tibees! I also do naturally treated, tank ready driftwood, pH safe stone decorations, and custom natural tank decorations. So...hi and all that fun stuff!

Thanks, and yes I will be posting some up from time to time I'll be slowing down for the winter, need to regroup and fissure out which direction I'm going to go in. I consolidated my PFR into my fire red line because no one wanted to buy high end cherries, but seems like the demand is coming back around, time to set up yet another tank and split my lines again. I'll have different grades of cherries for sale often throughout winter, and come this spring, I'll have an isolated pfr breeding group again!

I've got pics in my profile, definitely have excellent high grade from solid fires to full red-legged painted red. My male PFR are even red-legged. Took me 4 years of selective breeding to get a great line of happy, healthy, good looking shrimp, and I'm proud of my little buggers!

Welcome to the forum. I'm new to shrimp, so I'll look forward to reading your posts. You have great shrimp and tanks. I can agree with you that this hobby is addictive. I have a Fluval Ebi at home and am planning on setting up a tank (TBD size and config, but will be shrimp) at my work. I currently have PFR and CRS.

Welcome to the forum. As others have said, you will have no problems selling high grade cherries/fire reds as well as any other shrimp you may breed.

WELCOME!!! Great to see someone else on here into tibees Quick question though, you said high pH tolerant OEBTs...did you mean pH or temps? I've been looking for LOW pH OEBTs since I keep my tibee tanks at 6.5-6.8 and my OEBTs don't do good unless they are in higher pH tanks.
