Where to get dry ferts?

I think about a week ago I seen on a thread about ferts, someone posted a good site to get a complete dry fert kit. I dont remember what site or thread it was, it was a small company with I think three 1/2 pound and a one pound bag for 19.99. If anyone can help with this little info it will help.

There was another site (can't remember, sorry) that sold the same kit for the same price.

And then forum user nilocg sells essentially the same kit for $20 shipped (see here).
