Help me make an inline PVC probe holder/grip!

Howdy Folks,

I am looking to make an inline PVC probe holder using a 22 degree wye. I want to plumb it into 16/22 (5/8") tubing. The wye that I would like to use is this 3/4" one:

Could I please get help with building a parts list to plumb this in using a MC122 ph probe (need a grip that's threaded for PVC)?
