I think it feels rather like cheap marketing when the shop pages show the "quantity" price, then clicking through to see that in fact, you need to order some large number to get that price. Unfortunately my knee-jerk reaction was to simply close the site.

The site design is nice though, good use of reactive layout.

1. I agree that it seems wrong that the lower price is shown. You should show both.
2. Once you enter the shop the only way to get back to main site is link all the way at bottom. I wish you had a link at the top to get back and forth.
3. Maybe its me but until I clicked on WYSIWYG I had no idea what the acronym stood for

I love all the pictures both in the shop and gallery. You have a really good layout and a lot of information.

@l8tnite, got it. it wasn't our intention to market the lower price but was residual from when we only offered fish at certain quantities. change will definitely be made and thanks for the kind words!

@UDgags, now that you pointed it out, I noticed it too. we'll definitely try to make backwards navigation easier. WYSIWYG is a term used to sell coral a lot that we wanted to adopt for driftwood, show piece fish, rocks and more in the future. The place we thought of putting it was on the page of WYSIWYG but if you have better ideas as to where to put the explanation let us know!

how do you guys feel about showing the range in price per fish like 1.99-2.49?

I think the range is a good solution for the cost.

Yeah, now that I know the acronym, it makes sense how you use it. I was just pointing out it might not be obvious to someone visiting the site where to find rocks and wood. You could group rocks and wood as "Hardscape" but then you would need a separate "Show Fish" tab and the UI might get too cluttered/messy.

Still one of the best sites I've seen. These are nitpick items.

We'll work on the price range but in the mean time, we changed all the prices around so that the display price shows the higher price. Sorry if it looked like it was cheap marketing! Definitely not our intention! Let us know if you have any other feedback!!
