Bulb for a standard 10 gallon?

whats the best bulb for a low light planted tank under$25? I don't need anything fancy but i dont want to buy junk

Well I have a aqueon 8000k t8 that cost me about $15 and my low light plants are doing good.

you can try CFL bulbs from lowes or home depot
