PMDD Mix along with plantex

Would it be ok to dose these together?

I have a high light setu with co2 and a low light setup.

I believe the classic Conlin and Sears' paper on which PMDD was based does not have phosphates.

You will want to look into dosing phosphates and nitrates (i.e. with potassium phosphate and potassium nitrate, respectively) along with your trace (your plantex CSM+B will suffice).

You don't need the Plantex with PMDD, traces are in there already. You do need some sort of phosphate. If you want to start today find some Fleet edema at the pharmacy.

ok so plantex,phosphate and nitrate will be ok?

i was using excel but that stuff was killing my snails....and it gets pricey.

now i need to find a mixing chart or thread to know how much to mix.

In general, yes.

There are various dosing regimens out there; the more popular ones are EI (Estimate index) and PPS-Pro. There are advantages and disadvantages to both, so do a search and see what you like.
