Melted Jungle Vals

My new jungle vals have melted to the point where there are no longer any leaves coming out. It would be more accurate to call them jungle val roots rather than jungle val plants. Think there is any chance they will rebound and regrow?

54g corner tank
2x24w t5ho lighting 7 hours per day
Potting soil topped with ecocomplete substrate
Pressurized CO2 at 1bps
Seachem root tabs AND flourish excel ferts

Yes, I think they could still surprise you. Leave them alone for a couple of weeks and see what happens. This has happened to me. Not just with jungle Val's but other species after I have transplanted them.

As long as the root base is intact they will recover

You might want to check your excel dosage... It's been known to melt vals, they seem to be more sensitive to that

Melted all mines with excel. Whoops.

Most of the time, jungle vals will melt like crazy when adjusting to a new setting. They'll be fine as long as the roots are ok.
