When to dose ferts the 1st time

After I get my plants in my tank do I use ferts right away? Or do I wait a couple weeks and let them settle in first?

My instinct would say right away so they have all the nutrients they needs to grow roots and really take hold, but I have not the slightest clue what I'm saying so that's just a guess.

Plants need ferts. Don't wait a few weeks to give it to them.
