LED Flood for 40 Breeder?

I'm setting up a 40 breeder and I've seen these LED Floodlights on eBay and was wondering if anyone had any experience with them on this size tank. I'm thinking of going with just one for now and hanging it above my tank.

I will be dosing CO2 inline and ferts so no worries about high light. I'd rather it be high than too low.

several of us use them. Consider doing a search under the lighting subforum.
