650nm bulbs

Someone told me 650nm are meant to be used with 10,000k...is that true? Mine is currently paired with a 6,000k t5ho and 2x6,700k t5no...do I need to do some adjusting for med-high light in a 36g?

no.. the roseate bulbs are fine with whatever u like. u can technically just use those. plants with grow with them

or u can do this
