Need Input About Lighting for Swords

Hello, I'm setting up a new cube aquarium that is 20" tall with two 23" Archaea Slim-Pro LED, 7000k-8000k lights. Here is a link to my tank's Journal: http://www.plantedtank.net/forums/sh...696&highlight=

Long story short, I want to know if the above lighting would be sufficient to sustain any kind of sword plant.

Here are the details..

I'm aiming for plants that do not require very high lighting, a low wattage setup and I'm aware slightly lower spectrum is preferred but for my situation these lights were the most ideal fit.

I'm using these lights on a 20-25g tank that measures approx 17" tall. I've been using some "practice plants" to see how the lights fare and thus far they seem to me, to be "medium light" fixtures. I've just recently added two varieties of Ludwigia and what I believe is a variety of sword plant to test how they hold up. Everything else in the tank has lasted and done well for a little over two months now. and been pruned on more than one occasion.

Also, if you've read this far any suggestions for plants under this lighting would be welcomed. Thanks.

I have LED lights that are 50 PAR in the same spectrum. With Flourite and root tabs it has become a monster! Maybe try lowering your light to promote initial growth, then slowly raise. Also excel helped.

Much appreciated, and thanks for the info. I'm still somewhat green when referring to PAR, could you possibly elaborate a little? I think I have a grasp on what it means but to be honest I'm still unsure.
