Do Aqua 20c lighting help
I was planning on just going with a desk lamp for my 2 gal do aqua im going to be ordering, but if i was going to go down that road and wanted a bigger one that i could extend to position right over the tank it's going to cost around $30 or so, so i was thinking i might as well get the Archaea LED 17 cm fixture for the same price. Just being its a little more slim and sleek
The only thing is the color temperature is a 12000K bulb/an 8000K bulb. It says its good for both marine and planted set ups. Is that 12000K going to be to blue? Also ive heard these lights aren't the greatest, any reviews/opinions on them? What would you guys recommend for the cube with high light for a carpet? -Will have co2 -Will be dosing ferts Thanks

I have this set up running for a few months now and have been able to grow a very nice HC carpet with the help of pressurized CO2.

Would a desk light do the job just as well?
