Got a Spec 5, what kind iof fish should I add?

I do have shrimp and an otto. Heres what I was thinkin:

Neon Tetras or Cardinals
Fancy Guppies
A Single Betta
Harlequin Rasboras
Chili Rasboras
Rummynose Tetras

not sure what to do or what to stay away from.

My betta seems quite happy, although I did have to elastic a piece of foam over the outflow until the plants grew enough to cut the flow down some.

Think Im gonna go with some micro rasboras, chili's. If I can fine em.

I'm waiting for chilis for my Spec V also. LFS is going to try to get them maybe this week! I've also added some cory hasbrosus and may try a couple of otos.
