Can I grow anything with these lights?

Hello everyone, Iv just got a quick question about my lighting and growing plants with them

Ok so the details
40g triangle base with 20" hight water level I try keep at 19" so that puts my substrate about 18" in the front and about 16.5" towards the back from the surface of the water

Ok with that out of the way onto the lights

Now the tank came with stock LED 6 white 2 blue I'm assuming them to be 1w each as the manufacturer labels them as "high powered" and I have my doubts about the quality
Here is a couple pics showing them and the light they produce



Ok so as you can kind of see in the second pic at the top back no light gets there because I went and got a desk lamp and put a 28w cfl 5000k in it and am pointing it down the back corner. The tip of the bulb is about 2 1/2 inches from the surface of the water, it's more yellow then I was expecting but kinda like it, but will prob have to upgrade to a 6500k right?

As you can see I'm not getting all the light in the tank because of the weird holes they have back there

Ok so my vision


Yellow = moss on the branches were the lights the most aswell as on the tail and right wing of the plane
Green = one big amazon sword or a large bunch of wisteria
Blue = java furns
Red = Crypts? These I'm not to sure about I'm still researching then

Ok so ill leave it there and with the question...

Are the lights good enough to grow? If so what would be best or is my plan solid?

Also if you are going to suggest plants for me to use please make them more on the common side, it's a pain to get aquatic plants were I live, I'm not even sure I can source any crypts here but ill be finding out this afternoon about them but would like to plan for em anyways

Check out this thread. That cfl will grow stuff, hard to say about the leds.

those led lights would grow some anubias & java moss But it will grow very very slow. The cfl on the other hand will grow lots of plants depending on how bright it is
