Source for substrates in Ontario Canada

I'm returning to the hobby after a number of years out of it. Just setting up a new tank and decided that I wanted to do something better for substrate. After some digging I figured STS was the way to go. All I needed was a convenient local source.

... ... Found that TSC stores carry both Safe-T-Sorb and blasting sand (white silica and what looks like Black diamond or an equivalent) in 40 lb bags.

Hopefully this helps some others.

That is to say of course, that you will be travelling across the border. I bought 4 40lb bags a couple months ago and only managed to use 1.5 so have some extra if you need some (depending where in ON you are)
