Tank Size?

I picked up a Aqueon, what I think is 30 gallons. The tank is kinda beat up, but no leaks. The guy was getting rid of it and gave to me for 5 bucks as it was on craiglist.

36.3" x 12.7" x 16.8"Black Trim
36.3" x 12.7" x 16.8"Black Trim
Size is 36 x 12.5 x 16.5, give or take.

I am thinking this will work for my Q-Tank, it has some scratches on the bottoms, but nothing in regards to leaks from what I can tell so far. For now it will be on the floor just to hold extra plants and new fish.

Was so tempted to buy 40B at petco today, but like I said picked this up instead on craiglist. Do you guys think it will work?

Yeah that is indeed a 30 gallon according to the measurement. It will be suitable for a quarantine tank. Make sure you give it a thorough cleaning before stocking it up. Make sure you fill it up and test it for any leaks.
