CRS and Equilibrium

Hi guys,

Has anyone used equilibrium to remineralize their RO water for their CRS tank? I have some from my other tank and if possible not spend money on Mosura Mineral Plus until I needed it. Will they breed? Dosage?

Thanks

Avoid seachem equilibrium when keeping inverts. This one is considered a dirty gh booster. I've suffered many deaths until i realized it as equilibrium and switched to fluval shrimp remineralizer, then shirakura ca+, then finally salty shrimp gh+.

spend the money on quality here.

I have been using it for years with shrimp. While I have an occasional shrimp death, mine breed and thrive and I never even though equilibrium to be an issue. Is anyone else having a problem with it? I have some shrimp re-mineralizer stuff too but I add that in addition to the equilibrium.

I use Shirakura ca+, one ml per gallon takes it from 1 gh to 5 GH. Perfect for me
