Time trouble with liquid co2 lighting

I'm starting a 5G planted tank tomorrow at granny's workshop. Light is moderately high with EI dosing and liquid carbon.

Problem is that I do my daily EI and liquid carbon dosing at 7am and light doesn't start til 10am. Will the water still contain carbon by the time light comes on? I'm thinking that aeration from the filter might remove the carbon but I'm not sure.

Also lights will be on 12 hours daily til the shop closes and I can't change that. If I provide sufficient nutrients and co2(assuming the answer to above question is positive), is it possible to avoid algae bloom?

The high lighting for 12 hours is going to be a problem, you could use window screening and/or tint to reduce the intensity if you can not put the tank light on a separate timer. Which liquid carbon source are you using? I dose excel anywhere between 5am and 10am and my lights don't come on until 2pm. Also aeration doesn't affect liquid carbon supplements the same as it does pressurized gas. With pressurized CO2 the aeration off gasses CO2, with the liquid carbon supplements it's not actually carbon in the sense of CO2 but more of a substitute.

Using API Co2 booster until metricide 14 gets delivered.

Just finished setting up the tank. Light isn't all that bright to my eyes. I'm using Finnex planted+ led 12" clip, on a 12x12x15" tank. Is that considered moderate lighting?
