Specs:

HC

2x18w t5ho lighting

Looks like BBA to me.

What is your fertilization regimen like?

Also, the lighting you have is way too much for a 10 gallon aquarium.

I actually probably have the same light fixture as this guy over my 10. Odyssea 2x18w T5HO. Its actually not that much though i have mine hanging 6 inches from water level. PAR was about 70 right in the middle but around the tank fell down to like 40. So I don't think its unreasonably high light.

Thanks for replying! All I use for ferts is seachem root tabs.
My light fixture is an Aquaticlife freshwater 36w.
1x6,000k 18w bulb and 1x650 nm 18w bulb

That is probably the issue. You will need to look into water column dosing as well.
