Light for 20 long

Can anyone recommend an inexpensive light for a 20L low tech tank? I need to buy two.

30" T5NO fixtures from Coralife and Aqueon are usually under $35. Shop around for the best price.

You could also do a couple daylight CFL bulbs in clamp-style work lights from the hardware store. Two fixtures and two bulbs will be well under $20. So less than $40 for two tanks.
