are these cory eggs?

I've never seen eggs in my tank before other than the berried female shrimp. I have 4 emerald corys in the tank, they have never done this before.
I also have a dwarf honey gourami in the tank.

Wow! I've never had a fish breed before I took a closer look at the cories and one is indeed holding some eggs in her "under" fins. That is so neat! What do I need to do to make sure some of the fry survive?

Do nothing. Speaking from experience it's better to let them go on there own. Yes some may get ate but it's best to let nature take its course. I tried raising a batch of fry and ended killing more than the ones I left in the tank.

lol I guess they like the flat surface and its wide enough for them to move around on it. The ends look fertile, no? I know I have to wait to see if they change color to be sure. But, from photos I've seen online the infertile eggs are a bright white and solid in color. The fertile ones are the ones with the little grey dot and a sort of beige color.

Start a culture of Micro Worms

I got my starter culture from a member if my fish club but you can buy them on eBay, and other on lines retailers. Super easy to keep going after you have a starter!
