Algae Grower
|
I had to move back in Feb and tore down my 40gal tank. I now have my new 70 in place and I started pulling out my old equipment. I had taken my flourite and placed it into giant rubbermaid containers (2 20gal ones) and put them in storage. Today I took the tops off to find that the flourite is still moist. Is it going to be able to be used? Will it be considered stagnant or will a good rinsing make it good as new?
I also have a similiar problems with my old CO2 reactor. The tube is caked with what looks like dried up algae. Should a good cleaning be ok? Or should I be investing in a new reactor as well? Thanks |

No new investments needed ... just clean and use.
