It's fert time!

I recently acquired a liquid EI style dosing kit, easy-life ferro iron liquid fert, and Seachem Equilibrium and had a few questions.

At what day/time during the week do i dose the iron and Equilibrium? I don't want my ferts to cancel out each other. Would it be better to dose macro or micro nutrients following iron or equilibrium? I guess i am asking what would be the proper schedule for the combination i am dosing. Thanks in advance!

If you're following normal EI to the letter, you dose micros and macros on alternate days. Iron is important enough that it often gets spoken of separately, but it's still a micro, and gets dosed on micro days.

But really, it's remarkably uncritical. You can do half doses of macros and micros every day, if that's easier to remember. A bit of the phosphate may react with a bit of the iron, resulting in slight cloudiness - but few people see this, or notice any difference for the plants.

The Equilibrium gets dosed right after your weekly water change.
