Holiday Vacation Planning

I'm all ready for the holidays I got a light timer and automatic feeder. All tested and ready to go any other suggestions for planning to go away for awhile?

How long do you plan on being away from the tank?

- make sure to guard against water loss from evaporation (if you have a sump, you can throw an ATO in there)
- make sure sure auto feeder isn't dispensing too much food at once: you'll have a nice algae/nitrate problem when you get back if you are gone for a while.
- do a big water change right before you leave.
