As long as there are no issues this week, they should be able to go by monday. Boraras rarely have any issues upon import. I would encourage a further quarantine, or wait until after the holidays.
Next Monday and Tuesday are my last days to ship before xmas. |

merah's coloring gets as intense as brigittae, though the red isnt all over as much as the body. merah is also somewhat smaller than brigittae which also is another plus in my book.
Rachel, I will plan to purchase 9 of them-but will probably wait until the paraotocinclus have cleared your quarantine process. |

Can I mix these with shrimp or will they just gobble them up?
What about babies shrimps? (I know cherries breed like crazy but I'd cry if I saw a baby get eaten, I have 13 berried females (out of 14 shrimp) right now and somehow I have 14 juvies too (that i've spotted and counted), where they came from I have NO Idea someone must have come berried and I missed it as I'm just barely on day 40 of my shrimp tanks with shrimp. I have a 6 gallon and filtered 2 gallon could I put 2 or three in the 2 gallon plus some in the 6 gallon? I like these better then dwarf Goromi |

Obsessed? Maybe

They will hunt and eat baby shrimp for sure. They're sneaky and can fit anywhere a shrimp can fit.
I find it's always best to put berried shrimp in a breeder box so she can hatch her young. Then let the babies get large enough in the breeder box that they won't be eaten before releasing them into the tank. A bit of a hassle but worth it for these great fish.
