When to start?

Hi. I just set up a 20g high tank (Flourite substrate, high light, DIY CO2, lots of plants). Probably won't put fish in the tank for quite some time. I'm new to live plants, so I want to get some practice caring for them before I introduce fish. That said, should I start dosing fertilizers immediately? Or, how long should I wait?

The addition of fertilizers can be stated immediately once you put plants in the aquarium.

Is it okay to have everything planted and ready to go in a new tank and wait a week or so before adding the edition of fertilizers/co2?? I guess in my tank, it will be with crypts and sword plants.

It is fine, as the plants will just be using up their nutrient reserves until you start dosing.
