47 gallon Planted

About a month old but pretty simple so far. Didn't want anything too out there or over the top so I'm keeping it to the point. Right now I just have some potted mixed swords I picked up for $1 a piece. Plan on adding some more this next week.

Equipment:
2- 100 watt heaters (went with 2 in case one fails the other one can pick up the slack until I notice)

-Co2 Injected
-Lrg 3 stage canister filter with built in UV
-Finnex 6500k Ray & Marineland hidden LED
The Finnex is on for 8 hours day and the Marineland kicks on first and turns off last to give a sunrise and sunset affect and so the fish aren't blinded by the Finnex in the morning.

Other Details:
-2 Lg pieces of driftwood arranged so they stick up and out of the water
-Seachem Gravel
-Custom 3d background

Fish:
-21 wild caught cardinal tetras
-5 Silver hatchets
-Sterba's Cory Cats

Don't really have any other plans for fish besides maybe a pair of discus but I do not want to see them cramped in the tank.

Background was made by ATG Scape

I'm still working on moving some plants around. I picked up a lace bulb the other day and it's already greening up a lot since I added it in. Added a couple new plants and a huge aponogeton ulvaceus that I had to trim back before I even put it in the tank.

Trimmed everything back the other day and added a pair of gold rams. Note the size of the lace in the right corner before and after 2 weeks:

Thank You. I plan to add some more dwarf subulatas soon and looking forward to more of the lace bulbs planted to take off.

You did a great job with an odd shaped tank! Some Anubius would look fantastic creeping up that driftwood.

Thank You! I added some otocinclus cats to the tank since it's its finally getting established along with 4 black phantom tetras. Cut back some of the plants to make room for the overgrown lace plants. The bulb I got to start with that had 2" leafs now has 14"+ leafs.
