jungle val.....


Bought a pretty big jungle val at petsmart and it has a few leaves that are dead looking on the ends etc.... can i just tear it off at that point or do i need to cut the whole leaf?

These are neat plants that you can just tear off the ends...they grow from the base rather than elongating from the tip so you'll be fine. Hope you have a tall tank!!

heh.. not tall enough, one leaf is about 25" long and stretches to the top of the tank and then reaches over to the other side... a pretty cool look...good to know i dont have to chop the whole thing off....
