marimo
does anyone have experience with marimo? i've had one for a while and its turning a bit yellow my snails have eaten most of the yellow off of it so patches of it are green again but i was wondering what i should do and why it is turning yellow/ how to prevent it

They grow slow and are capable of being buried for long period without harm. Lots of turning keeps them round. I am trying to cover a branch with the stuff.. super slow... It has 3 forms.. sort loose filament, ball and a mat type growth.
I guess i dont know why it would be dying. Competition or imbalance?
