20 gallon tank set up ideas

Starting a new 20 gallon tank

30in coralife light, (2 bulbs)
black background
Red flourite
No CO2

would like all ideas what should i do with this tank,

Im leaning towards Crayfish mix with plants n maybe rainbows or neon Tetras

Rams, apistos, maybe kribs? Sorry these are all cichlids. CPD's, Scarlet badis, natives like elassoma or darters? The possibilities are endless, what do you like, and what is your water params like?
