a 5.5 with 20+ fish? i could barely house 5 neons in my 5.5 and those fish you named are reasonably larger and on top of that with 6 puffers? that tank seems way too crowded.

I would not keep dwarfs in 5.5 that's asking for issues later on if you ask me. I followed the rule of thumb. 5 gallons min for the first one and then 3 gallons min for every other. Over filtration is recommended as they are messy lol but love the fish
