My 56 gallon planted tank build

I have had hopes of starting a planted tank for some time and have been putting together everything needed for start up as budget allows.
So far I have:

Tank and Stand:

-56 gallon (36" by 18" by 20") rimless starphire tank,
-powder coated steel stand with plans of getting a stand skin done.

Filter:

-Fluval 406 canister filter

Substrate:

-ADA Amazonia soil and power sand


Lighting:

-plan to purchase a 36" buildmyLed showtank fixture
mounted directly on the tank with 90 degree beam angle.

CO2:
-plan to purchase from GLA, the Supreme CO2 Regulator with Ideal needle valve.
-10 pound tank


Plans for plants include:

Background
-Ludwigia repens or similar

Midground
-undecided but open for suggestions for what would look great between foreground and background.

Foreground
-either Hemianthus callitrichoides or glossostigma

I Decided today to go with 2 Kessil Amazon Sun LED lights instead of the BuildMyLed fixture.
I have been very interested in the Kessil lights for some time. Based on a lot of research the Kessil lights seem to me the way to go.
There was a small price drop I noticed very recently and ordered them from Pets and Ponds here in Canada (Great to deal with).
I will take pics of them set up when I get them.
Next on the list is
Supreme CO2 regulator from GLA.
