My New 5g Shrimp Cube

Just set it up tonight. The tank is a re-purposed 5g Fluval Chi with a 10" Finnex Fuge Ray LED light and a Marina Slim S10 power filter. I am using UP Aqua Shrimp Sand.

I hope there will be enough light for Crypts and Anubias. The filter seems adquate for a 5g tank. It's rated for up to 10g, but that would never work. I'm not happy with the size of the heater. I saw some flat, square heaters (don't remember the brand) at Petsmart, that would fit in the filter box. I may give one of those a try.

Please let me know your thoughts on my progress so far.

Nice to see another Chi + Fugeray user on the boards, the lights hopefully should be enough for sure, since i'm counting on it to grow hairgrass!

Awesome tank man. I have a large tank but would love a small one like this. Good inspiration. Keep us posted on the progress of the plants.

30 day update. I getting good moss growth. The Crypts and Anubias are also doing well.
