toms mini spray bar on eheim 2213

I have a broken toms on my 10g and i like the clear spray bar and intake. I have a spare eheim 2213 so i was going to use the eheim tubing and attach it to the toms spray bar. Has anyone tried this.? Im a little bit worried that the toms spray bar and intake tubing might be to fragile and break. Thanks for the help.
