How will this collected driftwood work for a centerpiece?
Hi all,
I am looking for opinions. I picked this up a few years back as a yard decoration. I soaked it for three weeks with about 12 water changes during that time. It still floats, so i mounted it. How does it look? and in the to be set-up tank. Let me know what you think. Thanks! |

I like it! I think it has great drama, and I can envision a "U" shaped scape, with the dw on one side, a valley in the middle, and taller plants to the rear right side creating the u shaped scoop. Fish can swim under the protrusion at the back like a tunnel, and they will stand out nicely against the broad vertical v shape. Nice piece!

Thanks DriftwoodHunter! I was thinking of a scape right along those lines. I can't wait to get started, just planning out the livestock and my budget!
