is there any snail that will clean up green algae and diatoms. there's also a bluish colored one

Olive nerites are the best by far and will not reproduce.

not to jump this thread, but would the olive nerites be good with mbuna cichlids? My BN plecos hide in the rocks all day and don't do anything

Is the whole point of the snail just for algae clean up? Maybe your lights are on to long or you have too bright of lights that's causing the algae to appear.

I got Ramshorn but I am not sure if they do clean the algae since I also have Otto cat fish in there. LOL
