New to aquascaping

Greetings O great and mighty aquascapers!

I've been wanting to get back into the hobby for years and convinced my wife to let me get a tank for Christmas. This is what I have been able to produce so far, but looking for tips on hardscape adjustments or additional plants that could make it look a bit better. I do like the look of the tank now, but it just does not 'feel' perfect yet. Not sure if that feeling will come when the plants grow out a bit or not.

tank specs:
30 gallon
marineland double bright LED 36" lighting
Fluval 206 Canister filter
injected CO2

Any tips, suggestions or comments would be appreciated! Thanks!
