Algae ID

can anyone ID this for me and will the shrimp in the pic be able to help control it? I have already reduced my photo period to 4 hours.

Pretty sure it's staghorn. Looks like the same stuff I'm dealing with. From what I've read on here, it's caused by low CO2 levels. I have DIY co2 with relatively high lighting so it makes sense for my situation. I don't think shrimp eat it. What are your tank specs?

Haven't tested in a while but I have Diy Co2 as well. I neglected it for the last few weeks and I just refilled it today. I will be moving in 3 weeks and I wondering if its worth it to save everything or just to start over from scratch.

Kind of looks like black hair algae. I had it a while back and just recently got it under control
