coralife fixture died on low tech 20g, need options!

its been quite a while since ive posted on here. My 4 year old 24" 2x14w coralife T5 fixture has finally died on my 20g H low tech planted. what are some good not so expensive systems that would be a good replacement for this? i have no backup lighting so i need to get this pretty quick.

If you've been happy with it, consider a ballast replacement.
The downside is the sockets on a four year old Coralife fixture are probably a bit fragile.

Here is one replacement ballast for $17.99 plus shipping.
