t5ho replacement bulbs help
Hi everyone, I have read and read about lighting and I can't seem to figure it out so sorry if these are stupid questions. It's been a year since I've gotten my light fixture and I believe it is time to replace the bulbs. It is an aquaticlife t5ho and has had 1 24 watt 5600k and 1 roseate bulb. from what i can understand it is "medium light." i am trying to grow a glosso carpet (it grows up and not out) and every red plant i've tried seems to stay a dark maroon color and i would like bright red. i have pressurized co2, 2 bps, and dosing EI. i leave them on for 8 hours a day total, with a 1 hr lunch break to control BBA. this is a standard 29 gall.
can anyone suggest what bulbs i should get to replace the ones i have that will let me grow bright red plants and allow the glosso to grow out and not up??

That's just what came with it. I've seen a lot of talk about one 6400 and one 10000. Ive also seen posts saying that combination wouldn't make much of a difference?

I have great growth with a pair of GE T5HO 6500K bulbs which would likely bump you up into high light category.
