Apple snails

Last night my angelfish laid eggs and were all attentive to them chasing tankmates away, fanning the eggs, etc. This morning the eggs were gone. My question is will apple snails eat the eggs? I am not worried about future spawns surviving as this is a community tank, just curious about the snails.
