The planted tank guide

Im a newbie to planted aquaria so I purchased the planted tank guide offered at this web site however I can't get it to work. I have adobe flash installed.
I've emailed for help via the link provided three times and never gotten a response. Does anyone have any ideas how to proceed?

Any error messages that show up? A blank screen?

No error messages. Just goes to blank screen

Check back again tomorrow. There might be a delay from paypal to tpt's database.

Well I ordered it a couple weeks ago and have already been notified by PayPal that the charge was made

Glad I saw this. I had a thought about buying the guide but no longer... Seems sketchy.

Sorry about that Hank. There have been a few hiccups with parts of the site recently. I will contact the admin as well.

We are looking into this issue. We can access the guide and haven't had many complaints, but we are in the process of correcting any issues you may be having.
