that was terrifying but so cool!!!! I did a study on snake in my art course and i loved drawing them, but i hated looking at snakes, even pictures. but you have a neat setup there and that's one big snake if you're feeding your dog to it.

ah thanks much!

Oh man If i could have more snakes I would! Its currently a fight between fish and snakes heh, both are surprisingly easy to take care of once you have everything set up.. though I think the snakes are cheaper.. not the animals but life time cost heh.

Very nice Colubrids!! I went from owning dozens of Pythons to owning almost a dozen fish tanks. Snakes were awesome and fun to own, but breeding rats and mice was too much work and they are hard to find in Charlotte for cheap. So out of snakes and into fish i went, i will never look back!

But great pictures and nice looking specimens!

Very nice snakes :P Reminds me that I need to get pics of my corn on here eventually XD

You've been doing any specific breedings? And how big is that little hog island now? I want one of those so badly :P

heh

the boa is only about a 2 feet now, those were pictures from his first year. He should get about 10 lbs so he will be a good size and about 6 1/2 feet. so hefty, just right for me to handle alone if i need and should take a rat every two weeks. hes awesome too but def a different kind of snake with a very different personality.

and they live 25 years... so we will be friends for a while heh
